Delivery is FREE throughout the U.K for all orders. We make every effort to despatch all orders within 24 hours of receipt of order. Most orders will be despatched on the same day for orders received before 2pm.
WE DO NOT SHIP PRODUCTS OUTSIDE THE UK.
Small orders are delivered using Royal Mail's Signed For service. Please allow 2 - 5 working days from confirmed despatch date for your order to arrive.
Larger orders and will be delivered by courier, this is usually a next day service.
We cannot deliver to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Orkney, Shetland and Scottish Islands, BFPO addresses, or the Republic of Ireland.
What if I'm not at home for delivery? Simply select to have your order shipped to your work place, a neighbour or a friends house. We often split orders into several packages so they will each fit through a letterbox, but if your postman is unable to deliver your ink cartridges they will notify you by placing a card through your letterbox telling you how to rearrange delivery.

We want you to be totally satisfied with every purchase you make from HP Ink Cartridges.co.uk. It is our aim to offer you value and quality at outstandingly low prices. If, for any reason, you are not completely happy with your purchase, simply return it to us within 7 days after date of delivery, unused and sealed in its original packaging, together with the receipt. We'll exchange it or offer you a full refund and that's guaranteed! You can use our 'Contact Us ' page for this. (see DSR section below for more info on Returns)
Please be aware that it is the customers responsability to ensure that the cartridge ordered is correct BEFORE opening the packaging, www.hpinkcartridges.co.uk cannot be held responsible or liable for goods opened in customer error.
The 7 day money back guarantee and any other manufacturer's guarantees promoted on the website are in addition to our obligations with respect to your statutory rights, which of course remain unaffected.
All the products we supply are covered with our guarentee. We guarentee that goods supplied by us will be free from defects and perform as desciribed in our product pages.We guarentee all remanufactured products for 6 months and original products for 12 months from the date of delivery. In the unlikley event that you recieve a faulty cartridge please Contact Us stating your order reference number and we will arrange a replacement or refund at your discretion. Please note we usually ask for the faulty product to be returned (at our expense) for an engineers report.
From time to time we outsource goods from trusted partners, for your piece of mind we extend our guarentee to these goods too. This guarantee and any other manufacturer's guarantees promoted on the website are in addition to our obligations with respect to your statutory rights, which of course remain unaffected.
Distance Selling Regulations (DSR)
In accordance with the E.U directive on distance selling (Distance selling Act regulations 2000) you have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days of receipt of the goods.This is known as the 'Cooling Off' period. If you change your mind for any reason you can return your order at your expense, please ensure that the goods are returned as delivered by us, un-opened. Please note customers have a 'Duty of Care' of the products during the cancellation process. Upon receipt of the notice of cancellation we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price within 30 days.
To cancel, you can email us or write to us (see Contact Us page for details) within seven days of delivery of your item(s), quoting your order number. You must take reasonable care of the item(s) and must not use them.

Step 1: Combined Search box
This is easiest way to find your ink cartridges, simply type your cartridge code or printer model number into the search box on the top right hand side (Search by Cartridge or Printer) then hit the search button at the side of the search box, you will then be taken to the page you have searched for.
Step 2: Using the ‘Drop Down Menu ’search
You can also search our site using the drop down menu bar on our Home Page, simply click the arrow to drop the bar down, you will now see a list of printer ranges i.e Deskjet or Officejet, select your printer range from the list by clicking it, repeat this step to select your actual printer from the next menu underneath then click the big Orange ‘Find Cartridges’ button, the next page you see will be the product page listing your cartridges. From here you can add the item to your basket and then checkout and pay for your order or continue shopping to add more items to your basket.
Basket: Your basket is located near top right of your screen. You can click this to review any products you have added to your basket whilst browsing. You can check your order and see the total amount you need to pay. When you are happy your order is complete click 'Checkout'.
Checkout: This is the section where you make payment. We need to ask you for certain information including your name and address for delivery and your payment details. Don't worry, from the moment you log in to our checkout page your information is encrypted and fully secure (for more info see our security section) you can check that your computer is in secure mode by looking for the padlock at the bottom of the page or in your browser.
Using the Checkout: Our website uses a one page checkout system for quick and easy payments, If you have added products to your basket your are now ready to Checkout and pay. First click the 'Checkout' button, you will then be taken to the 'One Step Checkout' page.Add your details into the information form in section 1, fields marked with * must be filled in before you can proceed. Then, in section 2 select your payment method, either Credit/Debit card or Pay by Phone.
Pay By Credit/Debit card: If you selected pay by card fill in your card details, then a final check that your order is correct and then click the 'Place order now' button,At this point you will be redirected to our payment gateway which is linked directly to your bank, That's it your done, For quick and easy reordering why not open account with us.See Online accounts below for more info.
Pay by Phone: If you selected the pay by phone option you will need to contact us by phone to pay for your order. You can contact us on 0113 242 8935, our lines are open between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).
Order Confirmation: Once you have successfully placed your order you will receive automated emails from our system, the first email you will receive is from our website, this will be your order confirmation, keep it safe as it contains your order details and a unique order reference number, you will need this should you need to contact us regarding your order. The second email you will receive is from SagePay, this is our secure payment gateway and it will contain details of your payment (NOT CARD DETAILS) and to inform you that your payment has been processed successfully.
SagePay: SagePay is the software that your bank and our website uses to process your payment, this system is 100% secure as all info is encrypted.
Online Accounts: For quick and easy reordering why not Create an account with us, our website will remember all your orders so all you need to do is Log In and click reorder on the products you need, you can reorder full or part orders from here. You will still need to input your card details for payment, to protect you we do not see nor store your card details. There are 2 ways you can create an account, you can either use the ' Create an Account ' button on the page just before making a payment or you can use the box on the left of your screen.
Order By Phone: You can also order by phone .Our customer service team are always happy to help, simply place your order online as usual, select 'Pay by Phone' in the Checkout area and then call us and give your card details over the phone, or if you prefer our customer service team will place your order online for you.
As with all websites once you decide to make a payment our website then directs you to our bank through our secure payment gateway, our payment gateway is handled by Sage Pay online security. HPInkCartridges.co.uk do not keep any details other than your name and delivery details. We do not share the information we keep with anyone (other than the bank), nor do we send you any junk mail or spam.

Our website is now participating in Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode for added online payment security. These services are offered by Visa and MasterCard, in association with the bank that has issued your credit / debit card. It is aimed at protecting your details when shopping online by ensuring your card is not being used by someone else and is becoming a standard across all shopping websites.
If the credit / debit card you're using to pay for your order qualifies for one of these services (not all cards do), you will be taken to a page hosted by your card issuer.
